10 years of work with people from 25+ nationalities, my goal is always the same: help you feel happy about your life every day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My journey has taken me from Poland to Berlin and now to Leiria, Portugal, where I live and work. I hold a degree in Psychology from Maria Curie-Sk\u0142odowska University in Lublin and completed the Psychological Support Program at the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy in Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having lived in three different countries, I deeply understand the challenges of adapting to new cultures, building a life abroad, and finding your place in a foreign environment. My experience also includes working with remote workers and digital nomads, so I\u2019m familiar with the unique pressures of balancing work and life while on the move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my practice, I blend humanistic-existential therapy with coaching techniques to create a tailored approach for each client. I\u2019m also actively learning Somatic Experiencing therapy, which helps clients release stress and trauma stored in the body. This combination allows me to support you in a holistic way – addressing your mind, emotions, and body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
