              Kamila specializes in capturing authentic, emotional portraits<\/strong> that reveal the true essence of each woman<\/strong> – beyond appearances, beyond perfection. Her work is not about posing; it\u2019s about seeing yourself with gentleness and acceptance<\/strong>, through the eyes of compassion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              During the retreat, Kamila will be present throughout the workshops, capturing natural, documentary-style moments of connection and transformation<\/strong>.                 My name is Laura da Silva Ezequiel.<\/strong> I am a psychologist, coach, and former agile coach in IT. My own journey through burnout, life abroad, and returning to myself taught me that life changes happen instantly when we surround ourselves with the right people. I come from Poland, lived 5 years in Berlin, for the past 3 years I live in Portugal and I’m here to stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                I live my little life today with my Portuguese husband in a small Portuguese town. Our cross-cultural relationship is a daily lesson in patience, humor, and seeing the world through a different lens. I\u2019ve traded a fast-paced city life for a quieter one, where our next dream is to build a home in a nearby village. I’m very excited to go back to activities of my ancestors and grow my own food in the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                This gentle, grounded life has brought me closer to the earth and to myself. It\u2019s how I discovered the magical places I can\u2019t wait to share with you. The Monastery of Alcoba\u00e7a, where my husband and I got married, is one of these sacred places.
                I visit this quiet space weekly, and its peaceful energy has been a big part of my own healing. It feels like a natural home for our inner work, and I am very grateful to guide you there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                During the retreat I will share my knowledge and practice with you. I specialize in somatic methods that help release trauma and chronic stress from the nervous system. I believe our bodies have an innate wisdom and capacity for healing when we give them a safe space. I\u2019m married to a wonderful Portuguese man, and together we\u2019re raising our two children by the ocean. Portugal has truly become my home – its light, rhythm, and people deeply inspire my work and my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


                I\u2019m a photographer with a passion for capturing authentic emotions, whether it\u2019s in the eyes of a person or the details of a beautifully prepared meal. I specialize in people and food photography, two worlds that, to me, share the same essence- warmth, connection, and emotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


                Travel is a big part of who I am. I love discovering new places and stories, and my camera is always with me on every adventure.
                Over the years, I\u2019ve fallen in love with Portuguese cuisine. I know it well, from simple seaside dishes to regional specialties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
