Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Clients may cancel their consultation or diagnosis assessment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation or diagnosis will not be eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling of consultations and diagnosis is permitted provided the request is made no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

Refund Policy:

• In the event that the service provider must cancel a consultation or diagnosis for any reason, clients will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
