From Consulting Intern → Agile Delivery Lead. Across 5 companies (PwC, Omnicom, Publicis, Mercedes, Ryanair) and 3 countries.
On paper, it looked like success.
But inside? I was falling apart.
In my first job, I delivered projects for top 5 banks in Poland. Inspired by Suits and lured by good money, I stepped into a culture of excessive work and excessive partying. I thought that’s what successful people do.
My problems started fast: no sleep, mood swings from exhaustion, partying to “act out” the stress.
I realized I couldn’t keep up with the pressure. So I changed companies. I decided to avoid extra hours as much as possible.
Then I discovered coaching and project management. That was my “light in the tunnel” moment. I got to use my soft side, understand people’s struggles with productivity and teamwork. That’s why I spent 7 more years being a manager and a coach.
My adventure of a lifetime? Moving to Berlin. I opened up to 20+ cultures, regularly visited my team in Bangalore, genuinely enjoyed helping them deliver software.
Until pandemic hit.
Locked down and isolated, I realized something painful: I wasn’t pursuing things that mattered to me. I was pursuing things that looked good.
Fancy job title. Cool part of Berlin. Mini Cooper with my dog on my lap.
Only my dog knew how miserable and lonely I was.
So in 2022, I made a decision: start a new job with a 4-day schedule. Use my free time to study therapy (I already had a master’s in psychology).
The plan was to eventually leave corporate for good.
In June 2024 I did it.
I walked the path from corporate burnout to becoming a psychologist who truly understands what you’re going through.
Today I help high‑achievers, expats, and burnt‑out professionals:
· Regulate their nervous system
· Release stress stored in the body
· Stop surviving and start living
If you’re exhausted from pretending you’re fine…
If you’re successful on paper but empty inside…
I’ve been there. I know the way out.
